Welcome to HerWay. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HerWay mobile and web applications, services, websites, and related products (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service and all materials are owned by HerWay or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HERWAY DOES NOT GUARANTEE RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES OR BEHAVIORAL RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HERWAY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk to users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
