Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds
Fines and transfers in HerWay are voluntary and pre-agreed by participants. Refunds may be issued when:
- A technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge;
- Unauthorized use of your account is verified.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@herway.app. We may request additional information to investigate. All approved refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method.
Cancellations
- You can cancel your account at any time from settings.
- Future charges stop immediately after cancellation.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank, Stripe’s processes apply. Contact us first so we can help resolve issues quickly.
